At Better Sweet Treats, we take pride in the quality of our zero-sugar and keto-friendly candies. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please review our policy below to see how we can help make it right.

Return Eligibility

  • We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for most unopened items.
  • Items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received them.
  • clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Important: Melted Candy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on melted candy. While we take precautions during shipping (like offering ice packs), we cannot guarantee against melting in hot weather. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package upon delivery. If your order arrives with melted product(s), Better Sweet Treats is not responsible.

Refund Process

If your order arrives damaged or defective (excluding melting), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

  1. Contact Us: Email our support team with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Approval: We will review your request and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  3. Return Shipping: If approved, we will provide instructions on how to return your items. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective.
  4. Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund.

Processing Timelines

Approved refunds will be processed automatically to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement. If you haven't received your refund after this period, please contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Please understand that we do not refund original shipping charges.
